Return & Refund Policy

IMPORTANT

By placing an order or making a purchase of Narwal product (the “Product”) at this website or other Narwal official self-operated stores, you are agreeing to the terms set forth below along with Narwal’s Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions.

For Product purchased from an authorized Narwal retailer or other retailer, please contact the retailer for their return & refund policy.

Narwal wants to make sure you have a rewarding experience while you’re exploring, evaluating, and purchasing our products. However, if you need to return an item, we’re here to help.

Return Policy

You can try Product for 30 days. For any Product that is in good condition, if you are not completely satisfied, simply return it to us within 30 days from the date of shipment.
However, there are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product you purchased from Narwal:
  1. All products must be returned in good condition, in original boxes (whenever possible), and with all accessories to ensure full credit. Accessories must be kept unused when you return them to us.
  2. Products can be returned only in the country or region in which they were originally purchased.
  3. Only items that have been purchased directly from this website or Narwal official self-operated stores, can be returned to Narwal. Product purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective return and refund policy.

      How To Return a Product

      1. Please contact us at support@narwal.com to receive return instructions.
      2. Pack the Product securely in the original package, if possible.
      3. Enclose the Warranty Card with the product. If you cannot send your Warranty Card, please include your order number, product serial number, billing name, and address with the product.
      4. Narwal will pay for return shipping costs (only within the country or region where the Product was originally purchased and only for items that are in good condition). Unauthorized or Cash on Delivery (COD) returns will not be accepted.
      5. For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS or Fedex for your return.
      6. Keep the Return Tracking Number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is returned to the warehouse.

          Refunds

          Some purchases from this website or Narwal official self-operated shops might be eligible for a refund. To request a refund, please contact us at support@narwal.com to receive refund instructions. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally purchased within approximately 7 business days of receiving your return and confirming the product status.
