I just had LVP installed and a friend showed me how great his Freo was I took the plunge. The floor is not even a week old and look at the dirt it pulls up! That cleaner solution must be magic! The bot is so quiet, but the dogs are watching him so he doesn't go all Skynet!

It took me a few days to get it working, but once I did I was great. I love this device.

Freo makes it so much easier to keep our floors clean. With Freo, we clean much more often than we did with manual cleanings. We have epoxy floors with just one area rug. The Freo mode that vacuums and mops at the same time is perfect for us. So much better than two different units (one for vacuum and one for mopping). I was worried about the noise before I purchased (based on friends' experiences with robot vacuums). This unit is noticeably quiet. Freo quickly mapped our condo and the app made it easy to schedule cleanings and also on-the-fly cleanings.

I was hesitant to buy it. But Iam glad I did. It does every thing you said it did. This thing is amazing. I would not change a thing on it. It is also so quiet I have to look around the house to find out were it is.

I have two Australian shepherds that shed a lot and track in dirt constantly. I was finding myself vacuuming every day or every other day and it still always felt dirty. I finally decided to splurge and get Nelly (what we call our Narwal), and I couldn't be happier. I run her almost every day in the main areas and once a week in the less used areas. She is so thorough and will mop areas up to 4 times if she still detects dirt. My house feels sooo clean. I empty the dirt holder after she's been going for an hour or so since I do have sheddy dogs and don't want her to get too full and stop running. For future designs, I hope to see narwal create a self emptying dirt trap as well.
