Have had Narwal for about 3 weeks and it has been so great. I like the cleaning routine book up APP, which makes daily maintenance of the vacuum and mop incredibly easy.
It is excellent at picking up hair around our house. I have a combination of hardwood floor, ceramic tile and an area rug and the vacuum does great in all of these areas. The mopping also does a great job on hardwood floor and tile area. Especially the robot can go under the bed and sofa do the mopping, which has not been done for more than 4 years. Now every place keeps shining and clean every single day.
I did notice that it need to change the modules of sweeping and mopping between different work. But that’s not bothering me cause it has much less noise than my previous robot vacuum (Roomba). And the mopping module can dry in the base during the next mission.
Love the smart App of Narwal, can set up “forbidden areas” and “quick cleaning area”. The app is super easy to use. I definitely love it.
