Saves time and money

I’m an older adult who has a bad back and both knees replaced. Getting in my knees to deep clean is not possible. I also have two dogs and the littlest one is a elderly puppy mill rescue who has accidents daily. Getting the floors clean is a constant struggle and I have hired people to help me, tried to keep up myself and it has been expensive and ineffective. I bought the Narwal with caution thinking it would be of minimal help. It is amazing!! My floors are cleaner than ever! I run it every other day and love the results. I’ll probably get another one to gift my daughter at Christmas. I am no longer embarrassed to have friends over.

Room for improvement but good start

The app is not easy to figure out without a lot of help that takes hours to find the right answer.

The mapping is not always accurate. Each time it has missed half a room then its identifying of rooms make no sense and where you want to separate rooms it doesn't allow it easily.

The vacuuming is good but the basket is too small for my house. I have to empty it 4 times if I don't vacuum daily.

Moping is great except I still have to manually tell it to clean itself. Cannot find any sttins that says how often to self clean.

Magnets to avoid areas don't work well, unit goes right over it.

I think this will be a great vacuum/mop when all quirks are worked out. For me it has definitely been worth it.
