Extended Warranty Policy

INTRODUCTION

 

At Narwal, our products are built to last. Narwal Care powered by Servify™, our extended warranty plan, is here to help protect your Narwal product from any mishaps that happen over the course of its lifetime. Narwal Care powered by Servify™ provides you extra protection if the unexpected happens, such as mechanical breakdown, battery failure and more. 

 

PLAN BENEFITS

  • Manufacturer’s warranty extension, up to the length of your plan.
  • Coverage includes mechanical breakdown, battery failure, and power surge.
  • Unlimited repairs up to the MSRP of your device.
  • One product replacement, if needed.

PLAN DETAIL

 

  • One-time payment for additional warranty coverage, once any manufacturer’s warranty ends (extended warranty/mechanical breakdown only).
  • Available for purchase up to one (1) year after the purchase of your Narwal product. Please note that Narwal Care powered by Servify™ does not apply to the Narwal T10 product.
  • Plan remains active through plan term, unless canceled by you, Olibgor (Northcoast), or the Administrator (Servify).
  • Unlimited Repairs up to the MSRP value of the device during the plan term
  • One (1) replacement provided, at our discretion.

 

You may obtain service or file a claim by visiting the Consumer Web Portal at https://narwal.servify.com, by emailing the Administrator at narwalcare@servify.com, or by calling (toll-free) 1-833-313-3331.

REPAIR AND REPLACEMENT

 

  • Servify (the Administrator) will provide you with a prepaid shipping label.
  • Your device will need to be shipped to the Authorized Repair Center, where it will be inspected.
  • Inspection will determine the extent of damages and if those damages fall under the scope of the Narwal Care powered by Servify™
  • Inspection will also determine if the Narwal device is repairable or if a replacement device is necessary.
  • Repairs will be completed with new or refurbished factory specific parts.
  • Replacements are provided at our discretion and will be of equal or similar features.
  • Once repairs and/or replacement are finalized, the device will be shipped back.

 

If the Narwal product is determined to be covered, shipping is provided free of charge. If the Narwal product is determined to not be covered, the expense will be incurred by you.

 

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

 

  • You have the option of canceling at any time. To cancel, please contact Narwal or Servify directly, either by phone or email.
  • If you cancel within the first 30 days of purchase and haven’t filed a claim during this time, you will receive a full refund.
  • If a claim is filed within the first 30 days, any refund would be minus any claims expense.
  • If you cancel after the first 30 days, you will receive a prorated refund, minus any claims expense.
